Covid-19 shipping delays: The US Postal Service is extremely overwhelmed and often taking longer then expected to deliver an order. Please note: Once we provide you with a tracking number, your order has been dropped off at the Post Office. It may not be scanned again until delivery. Once it is in the hands of the US Postal Service, there isn't much else we can do beside wait it out. Should you feel that shipping is taking too long, you can contact the US Postal Service at this number for an update: 1-800-275-8777, please have your tracking number ready. Lastly, we cannot see any tracking details beyond what you're able to see on the Postal website. For best results, please call the 800 number.

Our items are shipped via: US Postal Service ~ Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the size of the item purchased & shipping method selected during checkout.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to buying. We reserve the right to ask for additional money to cover shipping costs for international buyers, as our shopping cart shipping charges are based off of US shipping fees.
Notes to buyer:
Handling Time: Most items are processed and shipped in approximately 24 - 72 hours (depending on what day of the week you pay). Please note 24-72 hours is required because all items are produced after your order is placed. We are closed on the weekends. Estimated processing and shipping times are for orders placed Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. All orders placed after 5:00 PM Friday will be processed Monday morning. If you order when we are closed, approximate processing time begins the next business day.
Shipping Upgrades: If purchasing a shipping upgrade, this does not mean we are able to process your order faster, this means once your order has shipped, it will travel to you at the upgraded speed you've chosen. Please keep in mind we need time make your decal(s) as all decals are made after an order is placed, nothing is sitting on the shelf getting stale.
Receiving Payments: We always notify buyers when we receive their payment and when the item is shipped out. Shipping details emails are sent to the email address associated with your payment email address. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your SPAM folder and then email us.
Return Policy: Because our items are custom made for you, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. We do not have shelves of aging products waiting for someone to purchase it. We make everything after your order is placed. This ensures you get new, high quality, long lifespan decals. It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct color/finish of the item they purchase. No returns or exchanges will be authorized because the customer did not choose the correct color/finish from the drop down menu.
We are only able to process refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items. Items returned due to "un-deliverable address" because of incorrect information provided by the customer OR returns marked as "unclaimed" by the postal service are not eligible for a shipping reimbursement. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information during checkout. It is also the responsibility of the customer to pick up all packages being held at their local post office. Please note the post office will make a limited number of delivery attempts before they will return the package to the sender. If you have any questions please email us prior to placing your order. In the event that we do accept an item(s) for return, each item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Also, shipping is non-refundable and we do not pay to ship the item back.
